By placing an order you agree with our selling, delivery and payment conditions.
All prices are in Euro and include 21% tax. Prices do not include shipping cost. Shipping costs are always mentioned separately. The price and offer of an order are always those which apply at the moment of ordering.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal.
You can return your purchased item within 7 business days from receiving your item. Always inform us that you are returning an item by email and don’t forget to mention your order ID.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice and a letter, which explains the reason of return.
Returned packages that we haven’t been notified of, or that do not have sufficient postage, will not be credited.
No returns on sale items.
Shipping cost of the returned items is not paid by Toykyo Kids.
